Silence the Shame is a mental health education and awareness nonprofit. We empower and educate communities on mental health and wellness. Through community conversations, compelling content, and outreach programs, we aim to normalize the conversation, peel back the layers or shame and eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illness.
Proceeds from our store benefit our programs that create content, build curriculum and outreach programs to support underserved communities regarding their mental health and wellness.
